No complains at all, the hotel met expectation. Gorgeous venue, we enjoyed the patient staff and modest room. Booked a room with particularly nice views of the lake. The location of the hotel was exceptionally nice - not too far from Saga Beach. The property was in a very beautiful area, near the most amazing and mysterious lakes in the world, the city center, and the shores of the Lake Tanganyika.

Not so helpful staff!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Club Du Lac Tanganyika. The location was stunning, with a breathtaking view of the lake from our balcony. The staff, especially Vianne, were incredibly helpful and provided great service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of options, including vegetarian and vegan choices. Despite a few minor issues, like the bathroom flooding and the lack of soundproofing, the overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a real gem! the location right by the lake is breathtaking. Waking up to the beautiful view of the water and the surrounding gardens is a treat. Secondly, the staff here really go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. They are friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request. Lastly, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a good shower that is both powerful and refreshing. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail.

Loved the complimentary breakfast and the free Wi-Fi that was provided, it really helped me stay connected with my friends and family while on my city trip. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the water and easy access to local attractions. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The payment process was inconvenient as they only accepted certain forms of currency, which made it difficult for me as a tourist. the noise levels from concerts nearby made it difficult to sleep, especially after a long day of exploring the city.

Hotel was lovely, great services, and it had magnificent location in the exchange offices downtown. The most important was the staff - WONDERFULly friendly and attentive people. The room we had included a safe, television, and a refrigerator. The food was fine with a lot of alternatives. Location: the property was very close to a taxi and the lake because of hippos which swim in the lake and come on shore at night and shore at night.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely breathtaking, with its proximity to the Tanganyika shore. The view from the rooms overlooking the lake is simply stunning, especially during sunrise. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that every detail of my stay was perfect. The pool is also worth mentioning, as it is not only spacious but also beautifully lit in the evenings.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

We had one of the most luxurious stays at this hotel. The exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna and Swimming pool, were exceptional and provided us with relaxing experiences. We were delighted with the beach access and the live entertainment, especially the karaoke and BBQ facilities. Additionally, the sun terrace along with the sun loungers and the beautiful garden area were just perfect. The Entertainment in the Leisure/TV room was also an enjoyable experience. The in-room breakfast was prompt and delicious.

The only minor issue we faced was with the Dinner. The packed lunches and the special diet menus were scrumptious, but the dinner was not as great as we expected.
